Why are my Desktop and Library tabs blank?

This is most likely due to the way you are accessing EM-COP. A search via Google will return a link that produces this problem. Please log out of EM-COP, then type the following (or copy and paste) into the address bar of your web browser.

http://cop.em.vic.gov.au

Then press or tap Enter on your keyboard.

Save this as a Favourite in the browser on all your devices. You can also save as a shortcut on a PC.

Unfortunately, if you access EM-COP via a Google search - which Chrome does routinely - the search will return a link with https:// at the front of the address. This is what causes the blank tabs and "unsafe scripts" warning.
