Generally, EM-COP works best with Google Chrome. Firefox and Internet Explorer 11 work well and are good alternatives unless you are using EM-COP to issue Community Notifications. In this case you must use Google Chrome.
Where possible, try to make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
However, there are some caveats.
The latest update to Google Chrome can produce very slow response when used to access EM-COP on a computer with 4GB RAM. This is a typical RAM size in many computers.
If you experience this issue, we suggest you use Firefox if available or Internet Explorer. These browsers use less RAM compared to Chrome and will often resolve the problem. If you can't change browsers, try to limit the number of open tabs and other applications you are using. If you are able to, increasing the amount of RAM in your computer (eg 8GB) is the best solution.
Please note that Public Publishers must continue to use Chrome.
