In the attributes section of the community notification workflow you can to enter or update key attributes of the message including the control agency, incident location and incident name. These fields are mandatory and must be completed so that you can publish the notification.
Control Agency: The control agency is the agency who has the primary responsibility for responding to a specific emergency. This is auto-populated if you have created the incident from the ESTA feed.
Incident Location: The location of the incident. This field will be auto-populated if you have created the incident from the ESTA feed.
Incident Name: The name of the incident. If you create an incident from the ESTA feed this will auto-populate. If you have to enter the incident location manually the structure should be widely known location, local reference.
