When can other Information and Warnings Officers edit notifications?

There are four statuses that a Community Notification can be in. Depending on the status of the notification other Information and Warnings Officers (Public Publisher users) can (or can't) edit the notification. 

Draft

The notification is currently being drafted by a Information and Warnings Officers. This notification cannot be accessed by other users. 

Awaiting Authorisation

The notification is currently awaiting authorisation. This notification can be accessed by other Information and Warnings Officers.

Please Note: Information and Warnings Officers must not access notifications in this status until they have spoken to current author to take over the publishing/drafting of this notification.

Published

This notification is published. This notification can be accessed by other Information and Warnings Officers to update, update with new template or unpublish.

Draft Updating

A previously published notification is currently being updated and drafted by a Information and Warnings Officers. This notification cannot be accessed by other users.
