If you can't find the incident in the ESTA feed

Only CFA, DELWP and FRV incidents will appear in the ESTA feed. 

If you can't find the incident you need to issue a warning for in the ESTA feed: 

1. Run a search for the incident using the search field on the top right corner of the pop up. You can search Name, Type, Subtype, External Reference and Location using this field. 
2. Check that the results per page (bottom right) is displaying all incidents. 
3. If you can't find an ESTA feed using the search function then you can create the incident manually. You speak to the Incident Controller and follow agency protocols for naming an incident.
