Can I secure a Room?

The simple answer is Yes.  However, you must have an EM-COP Read/Write role to be able to set room permissions.  If you have a Read only role then you won't be able to secure a room.

There are a few ways to secure a room.

• Secure an existing room to selected users (individuals)
• Secure an existing room to an organisation
• Creating a secure room
