Can I add a town/suburb (locality) that isn't listed?

You can't add a town or suburb. All towns/suburbs within a 10km radius of the outside of your polygon will be listed in the Nearby Suburbs list. 

If a town/suburb isn't listed in the Nearby Suburbs list you should grab a screen grab of the map in the Location section of the workflow and provide this to technical support.
