Will a notification that is due to expire flash on the dashboard?

Notifications on the Public Information Dashboard will change colour to highlight that they need to be updated. 

Green - more than one hour until the message expires

Orange - One hour to less than 10 minutes prior to 

Red - 10 minutes or less until expiry

The 'Next Update' time counts down to the expiry time (Next Update) and then counts the length of time the notification has been expired for.
