There are no templates currently available for the hazard I want to issue a community notification for

If there are no templates for a hazard or sub-hazard you will see the following message: 

The template you use to issue a community notification for should always be for the hazard that poses the greatest risk to life and property. 

You should contact your agency representative to request that a template be created for the hazard/sub-hazard. If you require the template urgently you should contact the WADO.
