You should clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history periodically in order to prevent or resolve performance problems.
For Chrome:

- In the browser bar, type:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
then press Enter.
- Most problems will be fixed by ticking just "Cookies and other site data". You can also tick the other options if needed. "Cached images and files" will help to ensure you are viewing the most current version of a file. More options are available on the Advanced tab.
From the "Time range" drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select "
" or "the beginning of time".
- Click
- Close the Settings tab/window.
