How do I ask questions or get help?
If you have questions related to EM Planning, please get in touch with your regional EMV contact or via email@example.com.
If you have access or other technical issues please Submit a request to EMCOP Support. This is also available via the Help tab on the EM-COP screen.
How do I upload new documents?
Uploading documents requires Admin access. This is available to nominated EM representatives in regions and municipalities. If you require access, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Administration Guide has detailed information on how to upload documents and complete other administrative tasks.
Are the EM Planning pages secure?
Access to the EM-COP Emergency Management Planning Portal requires registration for access to EM-COP. The pages are generally visible to all EM-COP users. Specific administration access is required to upload new and revised documents.
There is also a Restricted Documents icon in the state and regional menus that requires password access for any documents requiring additional security.
Can I archive documents?
Yes, as an Admin. Each folder has a corresponding archive folder. Please refer to the Admin Guide for further information.
