It's important that you click the verification link because it closes the record of your registration and allows your account to be activated.
The first place to look is in your junk or spam folder. If you are using Office 365 and have Focused Inbox enabled, the email may have been redirected to your Other folder. This could apply to CFA and VICSES members using Office 365 accounts.
If you can't find the email, it may have been blocked by your organisation's email system. If possible, contact your IT support and ask if they can find and release the email to you.
If none of the above works, please send an email request to email@example.com from the email address you registered with and if possible, include the date or approximate date you registered.
