Email in an Outlook desktop client is not updating

This can happen when the Outlook client has been left open and the login code has expired.  EM-Webmail login codes last for 7 days before they need to be re-entered.

If the email doesn't update, simply close the Outlook client and restart it.  You will be prompted to re-enter the password and a new login code.  You can get these from the EM-COP Login Code Generator here.
