It is possible that you have an account already that may have been created through another process such as the creation of training attendance records.
If you try to register for an account and EM Learning says that your email address is in use already, you will need to ask for help.
Simply submit a Helpdesk Ticket, select the EM Learning platform in the ticket, and an EM Learning Systems Administrator will help you.
