The majority of the eLearning modules on EM Learning have a default expiry period of 90 days (roughly 3 months) from the time on enrolment. This expiry is to encourage learners to complete their learning.
At 30 and 10 days a learner enrolled in a course with an expired deadline will receive an email reminder.
On the day of expiry the learner will receive an email indicating their course has expired.
What does this mean?
An expired course will allow you to continue working through the course materials, however you will not be issued a course completion status or certificate.
How can I still complete the course?
You can apply for an extension via the Helpdesk for consideration by the EM Learning Systems Administrator so your course can be completed and seen as completed.
