How do I select a template?

1. Selecting the 'Create Community Notification' button will open the template pop up. 
2. Within the pop up choose a Hazard Type (i.e. Fire) and Sub-Hazard type (Grassfire) to filter to the relevant templates.                               
3. Templates are ordered from highest level of warning/notification to lowest level. 
4. Click on the template you want to publish and select 'Submit'. This will launch the workflow.
