How do I create an EM-COP incident?

There are two ways to create an incident:

• manually
• from an incident feed

You need to have a Read/ Write EM-COP user role to create an incident.  To check your role go to How do I to check my EM-COP user role?

NOTE:  Once an incident is created it can not be deleted - only archived.  The EM-COP Concept of Operations document explains more about when, who and how to create incidents.
