How do I resize a published polygon?

The only way to resize a published polygon is to re-publish the notification. 

1. Click on the published polygon and choose either Update or Update with New Template. 
2. This will unlock the notification (if you are updating with a New Template you will need to choose the template first) and launch the Community Notification workflow. 
3. Save and close the notification. 
4. Using the polygon toolbar choose to either edit or move the polygon.
