This article provides an overview of the SCC Shift Plan Viewer available on the Operations page of the EM-COP Desktop.

Introduction

The Shift Plan Viewer is used to view Shift Plans for the State Control Centre and are shown in the same format as the daily published Shift Plan. Shift Plans are available from April 2014.

How To Use

Select a date using the day / month / year controls, clicking a day on the calendar or using the forward / backward controls below the calendar. Click Show Shift Plan to view the Shift Plan for that day. Alternatively, double click a date directly in the calendar.

The displayed Shift Plan can be printed or downloaded as an HTM file. When printing, it is best to use landscape layout. In Chrome, also ensure that background colours are turned on in the More Settings section of the Chrome Print panel. This file can also be printed to a PDF directly in Chrome or via a local PDF print driver if available. The downloaded HTM file is stand-alone and can be directly viewed on any web browser.

Click the EMV Logo on any screen to see this Help. Double click the logo to return directly to the Date Selector. Help is also available from the Help button on the Date Selector screen.

Please note: Shift Plans and Tier activation levels are from the most recent update and may not necessarily match the last published Shift Plan when later updates have been saved. Plans details like shift start and end times are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and it is possible that a person who fulfilled a shift on a given day might not be recorded on the plan for that day. Plans and Tier levels for future dates are unlikely to be fully complete and should be considered as indicative only.
