Chrome bugs - work arounds

Clear browsing history

1. To clear browsing history click on the hamburger menu (three dots or bars) and select History (or Settings - History).                                                                                         
2. Choose to clear browsing history by selecting the button.                                          
3. Close Chrome and reopen it. 

Update Chrome

1. Click on the hamburger menu (see image above - this is found on the right top hand corner). 
2. Choose Settings from the menu.
3. Choose About tab from the left hand side. 
4. Google will check for updates and if available will update.

Uninstall and reinstall Chrome

1. Contact the relevant agency IT department to request that chrome is uninstalled and reinstalled.
