If you have forgotten your password or the password you've been using no longer works, navigate to the EM-COP login page and hit the "Forgot your password?" link.
This will direct you to the password retrieval. You must use the same email address that you originally registered with EM-COP.
If you're unable to remember your the email address you registered, please send your details to support@emcop.zendesk.com and request Support to confirm your User ID.
NOTE: If you receive the error Password Retrieval Failed - Your username was not recognized or the email address you provided was not registered. Your password could not be retrieved.
TIP: If the password you have received back from EM-COP password retrieval does not work, double check the environment you are logging in to. The Training and Incident sites can have different passwords.
