Using EM-COP on Touchscreen Devices

There have been some reports of users experiencing issues with EM-COP when using Google Chrome on a touchscreen device. 

The combination of Google Chrome and touchscreen devices can result in diminished functionality of the Geocode Location tools and zoom feature within the application.

The workaround is using a different browser - Microsoft Edge or Firefox would be preferable. If you are unsure which browser you are using, click here to check.
