You should clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history periodically in order to prevent or resolve performance problems.
For Microsoft Edge:
- In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like star with three horizontal lines).
- Click the History icon (looks like a clock), and then select
- Most problems will be fixed by ticking just "Cookies and saved website data". You can also tick the other options if needed. "Cached data and files" will help to ensure you are viewing the most current version of a file.
- Click Clear. An "All Clear!" message will appear when the process is complete.
